The deal isn't on yet, what do I do?

If the deal is not on that's because not enough people have bought the deal yet, so be sure to share the deal with your family & friends through email, facebook, and twitter, which you can easily do from the deal page. Oh no! The deal didn't reach the minimum number of buyers, what now?

The deal is canceled if the minimum number of buyers don't purchase the deal. We know this sucks, but to avoid this happening we can do a better job working as a team by telling, begging, or worse case bribing our friends and family to buy the deal! I like having options, so do I need to use my SocialShopper voucher the same day I buy it?

Of course not. You don't have to use your SocialShopper voucher the same day you buy it. You can use it anytime before it expires, which is clearly noted on the fine print section of the deal page as well as on your voucher once you buy it. Having options is great!

Ok cool, so what happens after I buy?

Congrats if you got in on the deal. Next you will be receiving a receipt from us within a few minutes via email which will describe how to print your SocialShopper voucher. This voucher will contain all the info you need to know to redeem it, as well as a map so you can easily find the business.

I'm feelin' generous! How do I buy the SocialShopper daily deal as a gift?

You have two choices for how you’d like to to buy and gift a SocialShopper deal voucher.

1. Email it. Once you’ve purchased the gift voucher and your credit card is charged we will email the gift recipient with all the details and instructions they need to claim their gift. It’s that simple.

2. Print it. You can choose to print the gift voucher yourself and give it as a gift in person. You can do this through your accounts "My Gifts" section after your credit card has been charged. Unless the fine print on the deal says otherwise, feel free to give it as a gift, even if it has your name on it.

What if I don't end up using the full value of the SocialShopper voucher, can rest of the credit be used later?

Use it or lose it. Unless stated otherwise you don't receive store credit or cash back on whatever you don't end up using. So go ahead and splurge, or better yet spread the love and bring a buddy to share it with!

Am I able to combine my SocialShopper voucher with any other special offers?

Sadly no, unless the voucher deal states otherwise.

When do I get charged?

You're payment is only pre-authorized when you place your order. You’re actually only charged if the minimum number of buyers required by the deal is reached. This usually happens throughout the day while the deal is live, or by midnight. If the deal is not reach then buyers required is not reached you won’t be charged.

What if I have a change of heart, am I able to change or cancel my purchase?

Due to the nature of these special deal offers, we’re generally not able to cancel orders. However, we do aim to keep our customers happy and if you have a special case please contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Don't worry it still has a value! When a SocialShopper voucher expires it loses its full value, but it still has the value you actually paid for it to use at that business for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state or province.

What happens if the business which I buy a SocialShopper voucher for closes down?

In the rare case that this ever happens please contact us and we'll make sure you get your money back!
