Amazing 4.9 & 5-star review ratings on facebook and yelp!

"I've floated at both the Floathouse Gastown and this place. I gotta say I prefer this one to Gastown because the pods are newer, and the water is warmer. Overall I feel it's a bit nicer of a facility as well. They're both great, but I prefer this place! If you've never tried floating I highly recommend it. If you're using the excuse that you "just can't sit for that long" or, you're "not a meditator", throw those excuses out the window and give it a fair shot. Depending on your state a 90 minute float can feel like 20 minutes, or 2 hours. Go in with an open mind! I almost feel like a newborn after :)"

"I have been reborn! I'm sure that's what most people say when they're dunked in warm water, and clas in all white. My experience was a bit more subdued and did not involve a pastor. I went after a night of little sleep and much physical activity, and found myself here for a float with my partner in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. NOTE: We did not float together. One person per pod. The place was empty, and I liked the serenity. Each room consisted of a pod, a shower, towels, wax ear plugs and Q-tips. Each float is 90 minutes, and the pod can have colors or be pitch black. TIP: Make sure to put the ear plugs in, or else you'll be cleaning salt out of your ears for three days. With the state I was in, it took no time at all to relax and fall into a deep sleep. Make sure to relax your neck and let yourself fully recline; you will not drown (unless you try, but then we have bigger problems to yelp! about). I woke up to soothing music playing through the pod, and the salts on the skin made me feel slippery and slimy... much like being born I can imagine. I wriggled about to open up the pod door and washed myself until I was no longer covered in salt water. I felt fully rested and ready to take on the evening and whatever it had in store for me. Highly recommended, but only go after strenuous exercise, being hungover, or have nothing on your mind. I would not advise going before work or an big event."

"Great experience, great people, and great sushi. I'd recommend it to anyone who would like to try floating. The facility is nice and then customer service is great."

"Wow......what an incredible experience. It was my first time floating and it was so relaxing. Any pain, tension, and stress I felt in my body are gone. The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and professional. It was very clean, beautifully designed and I will definitely be going again. Amazing!!"

They're offering $40 for a 90 minute session on their website until the end of this month, which can be used for the next 90 days after purchase... sounds like a no brainer to get that one instead.
