"Went out on a family trip, early fall for 4 days, We had the Genesis 75, houseboat was fantastic, tons of room. The crew at waterway were great and funny, very helpful. It was super easy with our baby at the time being 4 months old, we could just cruise around and feed him anytime we had to. Beautiful scenery. Recommend stopping at different beaches. Best way to relax, hot tub on the top, beach right in front of you. They have these awesome propane fireplaces, saves so much time and easy to use. Will be doing another trip for sure, but longer. Ideally a week."

"The Shuswap Lake is such a unique and magical place. The scenery and recreational opportunities are second to none. Great summertime adventures await! Awesome mountainbiking, hiking, camping, swimming wakeboarding in the houseboat capital of Canada."

"This is a water lovers paradise set in the heart of mountains towering above you. If you love house-boating this is a destination you can not miss! There are five arms of the lake for you to travel, and it is easy to get away from the tourist feeling of many of the lakes in the interior of BC. Swimming, fishing, water-skiing, canoeing, finding a beach to pull up on or just relaxing on your houseboat. The choices are endless and the total area of the lake arms combined are incredibly large. To travel all of the arms can take days. The houseboat rentals do not come cheaply, as a matter of fact they can be a bit on the scary side. Most people choose to go in larger groups, consisting of multiple friends or a few families to share cost which makes it much more reasonable on the pocketbook! Without a houseboat there are not as many things to do in the area, a trip to Salmon arm is nice but I would prefer to head south down the Okanagan Valley, where choices of activities and different places become more prevalent, increasing the fun and enjoyment factor."

"Have gone boating with Waterways twice already and doing our 3rd trip this summer! Wouldn't pick another company for sure. Boats are all top notch and the staff has always been flexible and helpful with getting our trips ready. I feel like some people expect everything to go perfect on their trips but I can only imagine how hard it is to maintain these floating houses and manage how many boats a day. There are little hiccups here and there but never anything that has made our trip less enjoyable. We've been understanding of waterways and I feel like they return the favour and don't nitpick over a missing spoon or something. Just go with the flow and you'll have a great time!"
