"Great place. The stars are more visible here than I've ever seen! It's rustic but comfortable. The cabin's are amazing. I've yet to try the Safari Tent option, but I'm aiming to go next year. The only downside is the walls are paper thin. My girlfriend and I heard the snoring from the neighbors at night! Other than that though, would highly recommend for a city escape!"

"Ruby Lake Resort is an amazing experience. Wildlife all around the ground including hummingbirds, deer and the classic wake up call from on site roosters. We stayed in one of the safari tents and it was awesome, we frequently go camping so are used to the amenities not being in the room. Room was spacious and the balcony had an awesome view. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was delicious, pasta wine and seafood. Canoe rentals are a must, Ruby Lake is beautiful and so much fun to paddle around."

“Ruby lake resort is a must go back to for me and wife now. I've always driven by this little gem up the coast and we finally got to stay here. The property is super nice, It has everything you need from free roaming chickens, beavers, tons of birds to nice little fire pit areas to hang out at. The restaurant was great, great food, great ambience. We had a little cabin and it was really clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the resort where great, friendly and helpful. The little private dock to jump in the lake is great and we rented paddle boards and explored the lake and it was amazing. Water was super clear and clean and not cold. It was great to get away from the city and just be in a quiet area where we could go explore.”
