"Whale watching tour and hotel stay was amazing!!!

My sister and I wanted to go whale watching somewhat on a last-minute whim. We only had 3 days in Tofino and we wanted to make the most of them. We went to many different companies in Tofino, just to get an idea of what times where available for whale watching. We also did not have a place to stay for one of our nights there. We walked into the beautiful lobby of Tofino Resort and Marina and the lady at the reception said they had one room available and that they also had a whale watching tour at 10 am the next morning and that we could receive a discount on our room after we booked a whale watching tour with them. It worked out so perfectly! The tour was absolutely stunning! We saw about a 6 or 7 different grey whales, maybe more! And sea lions! And our tour guide Ike was so informative about eagles, whales and the sea lions. I felt like I was in a National Geographic magazine. It truly was an amazing experience. And the room was wonderful with an incredible view and super clean!"

"Whale watching

Had a wonderful whale watching tour with Josh. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. We saw grey whales, puffins, otters, sea lions and an abundance of other birds. Great day! Well worth the trip. Next time we come we want to try the Bear viewing tour."

"Gorgeous resort, friendly staff, and intelligent and passionate guides!

My family and I had an incredible time staying at the Tofino Resort. Our room was modern and sleek, and overlooked the marina with our own private balcony with patio chairs.

We went on tours daily, and saw a lot of wildlife and pristine BC landscapes. We saw whales, bears, eagles, otters, and HUGE sea lions. The mornings were magical and misty, and the sunny tour to the hot springs totally made our trip. All of our guides were excellent, and shared so many stories about growing up on Vancouver Island in first nations communities.

The restaurant and bar is also delicious and overlooking the ocean!

Tofino was a fun place to spend time - the village is a short walking distance from the resort, and there's tons of little art shops, cafes, surf shops, and parks.

I can't wait to visit the Tofino Resort again, we're making it an annual tradition!"
