There is nothing sexy about garter belts for your socks. They don’t look cool, they usually hang weirdly off your calf muscles and the elastic pinches your skin and leaves those gross lines after you take them off. Yep, they’re pretty awful. But you should probably invest in a pair, because you’re about to be scared straight out of your socks by today's SocialShopper deal options: $29 for a Haunted Vancouver Trolley Tour for One Person (value $55), $55 for a Haunted Vancouver Trolley Tour for Two People (value $110), $74 for a Haunted Vancouver Trolley Tour for Three People (value $165) by WESTCOAST Sightseeing.

As the damp autumn evening transforms Gastown into an eerie place of shadows, stories and the occasional bump in the night, you will be whisked away by a trolley where you will see streets and homes, which seem normal, but if you look and listen close enough you will hear echoes of murders and other devastating events. Your host will tell the gruesome tales of The Castelanni Milkshake Murder, the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Lady in Red and more. You will drive through dark locations such as Stanley Park to hear about The Babes in the Woods and continue through the winding roads and mansions of Shaughnessy. The tour stops to visit Mountain View Cemetery where the troubled spirits occupy their time. When you arrive at the Vancouver Police Museum you climb the stairs to Vancouver’s first city morgue where over 15,000 autopsies have been performed, including Errol Flynn. You never know if you will stumble onto another autopsy in progress. As the night falls and shadows begin to appear, you will be whisked away by San Francisco-style Trolley where you will see streets and homes, which seem normal, but if you look and listen close enough you will hear echoes of murders and other devastating events. Your host will tell the gruesome tales of The Castelanni Milkshake Murder, the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Lady in Red and more.

"Amazing... Creepy Vancouver History!
I went with 4 girlfriends to the haunted trolley tour last night and it was amazing. The stories were creepy and historic. Our tour guide "death" was awesome. She was funny, and had a great story telling voice. I recommend the tour to everyone!"

"I get the feeling by the description that maybe Jenni went in 2007, because I went in 2008 and BOOM!

Halloween is my happy time, forget Christmas, forget my birthday, well maybe not forget my birthday...but you get the idea, yay Halloween! I always end up doing numerous things and this one was amazing.

The actor we had was fantastic and really good. Funny, scary, and all around engaging, she even stayed in character when she approached us in the graveyard just to chat. The tour started and ended at the Planetarium and took us all around Vancouver, so many stories and so well told.

We also made a stop at the Vancouver Police Museum with the old morgue. The morgue is CREEPY! And therefore cool. Our guide there was obviously a coroner, you could just tell... and gave us a great description of what happens when a body is decomposing. Also the museum is small but amazing with a murder weapon with blood and hair still on it and bloody crime scene pictures. The whole thing gives you some insight in to the creepy history of Vancouver.

The tour was great and totally worth the (I think..) $35 we paid. It even ended with a coupon to go back to the Police Museum to have a closer look around and tootsie roll, because Halloween isn't Halloween without a tootsie roll!"

"Great Experience
Many have commented that this company offers less than ideal service. This was not true in our case. We timed our stops and understood that we may have to wait a little more than 20 mins. No problem! Drivers were informative qnd courteous. When you are on vacation or visiting an new place, patience is a virtue!"
