Reviews

"Seriously, the best croissants in Vancouver. The almond croissants are amazing-my go to pastry at this bakery! I also really like the rum balls, and palmiers. Their bread it quite good, and I recommend the miche bread. This bakery is well known among Vancouver natives. I just got lucky to have it in my neighbourhood!"

"One of the older French bakeries in town, nice stuff, always fresh and the people behind the counter are super nice too.Love this place."
- Adrien A. (yelp)

"My favorite bakery place. Cakes and croissants are deeeeelicous! The place is close to UBC and the prices are budget friendly so I always visit here to get some sweets :)"
- Rie N. (yelp)

"Wonderful! The best croissants. The best Sacher Tortes. The best Rum Balls. The Chaussons with Ham and Mushrooms are just heavenly. And that is just to mention a few of my favorites. I wish I can give this place five and a half stars!"
- Pat T. (yelp)

"I like their almond croissants best of any in the city, including the double-baked almond croissants from Thomas Haas (and they are about half the price). The croissants are covered in almond slivers, and stuffed with a custard that is perfectly almondy without being too sweet. Lots of other goodies, too, such as cakes, chocolates, and dozens of different pastries and other desserts. And if you need canned chestnut puree or Maldon sea salt, this is the place."

Hi CP, thank you for your questions. Yes, as there is a limit of only 1 voucher per visit, you would have to spend $40 or more to be able to use 2 vouchers at once. It was the vendors decision to limit the number of vouchers provided during each visit. We apologize for any inconvenience and I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

I'm confused about the fine print about combining vouchers ("min. $40 before tax"): wouldn't two $7 (Option 1) vouchers mean one could get $30 of pastries? Also, why the limit of one voucher per visit?
